Hi friends!!
Although I took the Christmas decorations down on New Years Day, I decided to keep the greens on the mantle and around the house until today...big clean up of DRIED UP pines, balsam & boxwood.
Once I was all cleaned up, I redecorated our mantle for winter....
I used some of my old favorites and added dried sage green hydrangeas from my tree, some pinecones of various sizes and a few new mercury glass pieces...still loving the mercury glass...:)
As I've mentioned before, it's a long mantle...
take a look
HAPPY WINTER!!

ReplyDeleteLooks lovely! Love the pictures of your view - just a tad bit further north than me... I'm in Bergen Cty - about 2 miles from the GWB.
ReplyDeleteI have a sister named Elena (rhymes with my name, gena) and a niece named Marie Elena. I'm gallega and married to a cuban. I also grew up in the Hudson Valley, in Wallkill to be exact. Lots in common I guess :D
I just discovered your blog through Northern Nesting and I'll be your newest follower! Looking forward to spending some time perusing your posts...
