My first ever tag sale purchase (20 years ago) transformed once again! Annie Sloan to the rescue!!

Hi friends...
My little one is home sick today and so I caught up on a few small painting projects...
Now bring on the CandyLand game!!

I purchased this little side/end table 20 years ago at a tag sale when we were expecting our first child.  At that time, I painted it and stenciled little teddy bears on it for the nursery.  Since then it has been painted quite a few times and used in many places....I dug it out of the basement this morning and gave it a face lift with AS Pure White...I used a taupe glaze for added texture and to cover the gazillion coats of paint..haha...take a look!

Annie Sloan Pure White with a taupe glaze...

Here's the before...green, chipped ( not in a good way) and ready for a makeover...

That little milk glass knob stands the test of time...20 years and counting!

My winter candle:  plain white candle smothered in glue, rolled in Epsom Salt and sparkly glitter!!...everything is better with sparkle...:)
LOVE IT!

Thanks for visiting and have a wonderful day!!
xo, Mariaelena
