I picked some frames up a few weeks ago at IKEA and this is what I came up with.......
I'm loving these... |
I took some drop cloth, hot glued it to the cardboard frame and then stamped the word "family" in brown...I put this one back in with the glass... |
this is just a sampling of some of her treasures....she has tons!!!!!! |
all of that came from this.....have a great day & thanks for stopping by.... Linking up to these party people: http://www.thecottagechick.com/ http://adiamondinthestuff.blogspot.com/ |
Love this!! I did this not too long ago in my sitting room (added the burlap and hot glued a nest with robins' eggs). Such fun texture and the possibilities are endless! Love the "family" frame and the shells. *Becca*

What a wonderful idea and inexpensive too. ~~Sherry~~
ReplyDeleteHey friend, I continue to be amazed at how simple elements like burlap, a rubber stamp or just paint, & a sand dollar can be put together to create such lovelies. I also really liked the vignette you created for a charity donation -- it's a different & really fun way to make a donation. May have to borrow that idea the next time I'm asked to do something like that. Have a great day!
